- Excavation depth up to 5 feet from ground level

Exclusions from Scope (Not included in the package rate)
- Borewell drilling, pump set installations, and auxiliary connections.
- Outer boundary compound walls and main gates.
- Interior woodwork, modular kitchens, closets, wardrobes, and cabinets.
- TPCODL electrical meters, connection charges, panels, and main line cabling.
- Road cutting permissions, charges, and repairing expenses (BMC/CMC).
- Hard rock excavation, drilling, or breaking if encountered during construction.
- Government plan approval fees and regulatory liaison charges.
