Terms of Service & Agreements

Welcome to RN Design & Construction (RNDC). These Terms & Agreements govern your access and use of our website (rndc.in) and our professional contracting services, including civil construction, structural drawings, and interior design custom packages.
1. Services and Estimation Policy
RNDC provides interactive tools such as our Construction Cost Estimator and Interior Estimator to give customers high-quality cost estimates based on their inputs. These estimates are intended for planning purposes only and are subject to detailed site assessments and formal, binding contracting agreements.
2. Package Specifications & Substructure
All package rates (Basic, Premium, and Luxury) refer to super-structure cost metrics based on built-up area sizes. Substructure/Plinth construction is charged uniformly at a flat rate of ₹500/sq.ft across all residential grades. Material brands specified in contract brochures represent our primary delivery commitment; substitutions of equivalent quality will only occur under technical necessity and with prior written client alignment.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing necessary municipal approvals, municipal layouts, and permits unless contractually agreed otherwise. The client must ensure timely access to the construction site and arrange appropriate storage for building materials, along with regular water and electricity hookups required for civil contracting operations.
4. Milestone Payments and Billings
Payments are structured in milestone stages as defined in the building project proposal. Work proceeds strictly upon receipt of advance and milestone payments. Invoices are issued standard with corporate tax allocations including our GSTIN registration details: 21DTOPK0165G3ZT.
5. Intellectual Property
All floor plans, architectural layouts, 3D interior design visuals, and structural diagrams developed by RNDC remain the intellectual property of RN Design & Construction unless explicitly transferred in writing upon project completion and final account clearance.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
7. Price Escalation
In the event of a substantial increase in the market price of construction materials during the construction period due to extraordinary circumstances such as war, natural disasters, government policy changes, supply chain disruptions, inflation, or other unforeseen market conditions, the package cost may be revised accordingly. Any additional cost arising from such material price escalation shall be borne by the client. However, the total escalation charge shall be limited to a maximum of 5% of the total package value. Relevant market rate evidence may be provided upon request.
8. Termination of Contract
If the Client stops the project midway and appoints another contractor or company, the Client shall pay for all completed work, materials procured, and outstanding dues up to the termination date. In addition, a cancellation charge equal to 5% of the remaining contract value shall be payable to RN Design & Constructions to cover administrative costs, resource commitments, and business losses resulting from the premature termination of the contract.
9. Payment Delay Clause
The Client shall release each stage payment within 7 working days of the completion of the respective construction milestone. In the event of delayed payment, RN Design & Constructions reserves the right to suspend construction activities until the outstanding payment is received. Any delay in payment shall result in a corresponding extension of the project completion timeline.
